Medical patients must be uninsured. (No medical coverage through employer, private insurance, government, or veteran’s benefits.)
Preregistration is not required for medical services, but first-time patients must bring all medication bottles with them and know their medical history, including food/drug allergies.
Medical patients are seen on a “first-come, first-served” basis every Monday evening.
Dental patients may have medical insurance but must not have coverage for dental services.
Dental services are limited to extractions and patients must have an appointment scheduled by Good Samaritan Care Clinic staff.
Phone the clinic (417-934-6500) for appointment information and to be placed on the dental waiting list.
Income verification is not required for first visit, but patients may be asked to provide income information for additional services.
Hours of Operation
We are open on Monday evenings (except major holidays); doors open at 5:15 PM.
Patients must register no later than 7:00 PM.
